Additional delivery charges, COD fees, or service charges may apply depending on the product and location.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

DXBLifer offers:

  • Online Payments (secure third-party gateways)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within eligible locations

We do not store full credit/debit card details.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

By selecting COD, you agree to the following conditions:

  • COD is available only for specific areas and orders in the UAE.

  • A COD handling fee may be applied depending on courier and region.

  • You must pay the exact amount in cash upon delivery.

  • You must be available at the delivery location at the scheduled time.

  • Repeated refusal or non-collection of COD orders may lead to:

    • Removal of COD payment option from your account

    • Suspension of your DXBLifer account

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if suspicious or fraudulent behavior is detected.

5. Order Processing & Cancellation

5.1 Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.

5.2 Order Cancellation by DXBLifer

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Failure to verify customer information

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Delivery restrictions in certain locations

5.3 Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on product type and location.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or repeated no-answer attempts may incur additional charges.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
