Shipping Policy

DXBLifer aims to provide fast and reliable delivery across the UAE.
All orders are delivered within:

✔ 24–48 hours (business days)
Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, and courier availability.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and regions across the UAE.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Charges

  • Shipping fees are 15AED.

  • Free delivery for orders above AED150

  • Any applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across eligible locations in the UAE.

Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be marked as failed if:

  • The customer is unreachable

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete

  • The customer refuses the order without valid reason

Repeated failed deliveries may result in restrictions on COD orders.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking link or delivery confirmation from the courier.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier network issues

  • High order volume

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical challenges

DXBLifer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
