Product Eligibility
At DXBLifer, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives their product in perfect condition.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe
DXBLifer will address all complaints submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Replacement requests made within 7 days of delivery will be processed free of charge.

After 7 days, replacement charges may apply.
Replacement Process
1. Initiation
To initiate a replacement, please send a clear video showing the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.
In many cases, issues are due to product usage, and our team may guide you on how to resolve the problem.
If it is determined that the product is genuinely faulty, the following options apply:
OPTION A – Ship to Warehouse
You may be asked to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (original product box and all accessories) to our warehouse:
Within 5 working days of receiving the returned product, we will ship your replacement free of charge.
OPTION B – Courier Pickup & Replacement
We may schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days.
Please pack the product (original product box and all accessories) and hand it over to the courier when they arrive for pickup.
A replacement will then be provided.
Important Note
DXBLifer does not offer replacements for “change of mind”.
